After 14 weeks, I’ve lost 25.6 lbs and am down to 216.4.
It’s been 5 weeks of around 215, sometimes above a bit, sometimes under. I’ve loosened my regimen, and adding some low-cal snacks there and there (saltine crackers, popcorn, tootsie rolls), so it’s not surprising I’m plateauing again. I’m cool with that for now.
